Definitions

Any words used in this Refund Policy that are defined in the Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for the defined terms and their meanings.

We may revise or amend our Refund Policy at any time without prior notice and you agree the revisions or amendments will be effective upon updating on this Website with those changes or amendments. We agree to change the “Last Updated” date appearing at the top of this page to reflect each time we make any changes to our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy Regarding the Monthly Online Ordering Service

Restaurants that are not satisfied with the online ordering Service provided by Takeout Rocket LLC should please call 1-203-539-0753. There are no refunds for Restaurants using Takeout Rocket’s online ordering Service, which renews monthly, however, Restaurants may cancel their online ordering Service at any time by logging into their account and cancelling within 3 calendar days of their monthly renewal date. Upon cancellation, the Service will be terminated at the end of the monthly cycle in which you cancelled.

Any cancellation must be done at least three (3) calendar days prior to the end of the monthly contract term to be effective for that period, otherwise the account will be charged for an additional monthly period. Services cancelled at the Restaurant’s request prior to the completion of any monthly contract term are not subject to a full or partial refund. If the Restaurant fails to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions or the Agreement and we terminate the Restaurant’s Services prior to the completion of the monthly contract term we will not refund any payments.

All of your Content will be deleted from the Service within a reasonable time following your cancellation. Your Content cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled. Services may be terminated by us at any time, without penalty and without notice, if the Restaurant fails to comply with any of the terms of the Agreement. The Restaurant agrees that Takeout Rocket will not be liable to it or any third party for the termination of the Restaurant’s access to the Service. Upon termination, we have the right to delete all data, files, images, menus, Content or other information that is stored in the Restaurant’s account.

Refund/Return Policy Regarding the Products Sold through Takeout Rocket

If you purchased a product from us that was damaged or inoperable upon your receipt, please call our Customer Support at 1-203-539-0753 within 7 calendar days of your receipt of the product. If our Customer Support team cannot solve the problem, they will give you specific instructions on returning the product and you will have a choice of receiving a replacement product or receiving a full refund.

As long as the product has been returned per our instructions within 30 calendar days of your receipt of the product, you will receive your choice of either a replacement product or a full refund based on your original method of payment. All defective or damaged returns are subject to verification. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product.

If you have a non-defective and unopened product and wish to return it within 30 days of your original purchase date, please call us at 1-203-539-0753 and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number and will give you an address to ship the product to at your expense subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been opened and is not defective.

<u>Note</u>: Takeout Rocket recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Takeout Rocket or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Other Terms and Conditions

Takeout Rocket is not responsible for typographical errors. Takeout Rocket reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on our Website concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.
